Google’s Search UX is a 400+ strong team covering a diversity of roles and disciplines - each essential to creating harmonious, human, and helpful product experiences for all.

A reorganization shifted Search UX under the umbrella of Consumer UX, leaving Search UXers without a clear identity - so we created a distinctive brand the team could rally around. Our team hand-crafted a comprehensive creative system that captures the ethos of Search UX, speaks to P0 focus areas, inspires the teams working on those themes to feel like they belong, and allows Search UXers to easily leverage brand assets.

Now the crew is empowered to articulate Search UX’s unique value and purpose within the broader Consumer UX ecosystem. It’s also armed with a visual representation that is fluid, playful, and graphical, and accurately reflects the team’s purpose.
